Description of the station
Automatic dispensing station for minority ingredients consisting of as many tanks as ingredients to be dispensed (2-20 ingredients).
Each ingredient is dispensed by means of an endless screw or vibrating bottom to a weighing scale and conveyed through a pipe by means of pneumatic transport to the consumption points. Fast dispensing system (dispenses 10 ingredients in up to 4 minutes), with high weighing accuracy and restricted access to recipes.

Our dispensing equipment
Fully automatic and semi-automatic ingredient dispensing stations adapted to each production process.
The tanks are loaded manually by pouring the ingredients directly from the sacks into the tanks. The tanks are emptied by means of an endless screw, which transports the product through the pipe to the unloading nozzle. The products fall into the container on the weighing scale and all the products required by the recipe being made are added one by one.
Each ingredient is individually dispensed at a preset speed by means of a high-precision vibrating belt into a combined hopper-weighing scale located in the middle of the entire structure. The weighing scale calculates the weight, sets the maximum set point of the recipe and stops the dispensing process. Once the recipe has been completed with all the products, the system transfers the mix to the consumption points by means of a pneumatic conveyor.
